Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment. Bodega Belle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Custom Orders

Custom items are created based on the information, measurements, and images provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate details when placing an order.

High-resolution images are strongly recommended for best print and production quality. Bodega Belle is not responsible for poor final results caused by low-quality images submitted by the customer.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the item purchased. Premade items typically ship within 1–3 business days, while custom-made items may require approximately 2–5 weeks for production before shipment.

Shipping timelines may vary once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Product Variations

Slight variations in color, detail, sizing, and placement may occur due to the production process and monitor/screen differences.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, logos, and content belonging to Bodega Belle may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bodega Belle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers after an order has been shipped.
